By accessing or using the Innogage Properties platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Innogage Properties provides an AI-powered property management platform that facilitates communication between property owners, tenants, and property managers. The Service includes tenant portals, owner portals, maintenance management, payment processing, and AI-powered tools.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment Terms
Rent payments processed through the platform are subject to processing fees. ACH payments and credit/debit card payments may have different fee structures. All fees are disclosed before payment confirmation.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data collection and use practices.
6. Limitation of Liability
Innogage Properties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
